Dr. Hart is an ophthalmologist specializing in cataract surgery, laser refractive surgery, glaucoma surgery, diabetic retinopathy and the treatment of dry eyes.
Dr. Hart received two bachelors’ degrees from McNeese State University and his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. He completed his ophthalmology training and internship at Charity Hospital in New Orleans.
